I went to Mcdonalds today with my kids and this skinny ginger guy called Tyler served me. He spilt my sprite all over my new dress and then told me it was my fault as i was so wide. horrible service

I recently visited the McDonald?s in Norwich. The service was fast, and the staff were polite. The food was hot and fresh, and the place was clean and tidy. There was enough seating, and the self-service machines worked well. It?s a good spot for a quick bite. I would come again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I am still trying to recover from an awful case of food poisoning after eating a BBQ chicken & bacon wrap meal from this branch on Saturday. The food didn't look or taste bad but I hadn't eaten anything else other than this. Sadly this isn't the first time this McDonald's has made me feel poorly (not full food poisoning but upset stomach) but that was over 5 years ago so I figured I'd be safe but no!!!

Worst McDonald experience in years....
Hot drink handed but no milk or sugar offered...had to ask and recieved a tut and eye roll! Then the breakfast wrap I think had been thrown across the kitchen.
