This store is on the floor where KFC and Chopsticks is. After noon time, finding a seat will be a challenge. Unlike other stores, they do nothing with the apps. So no coupons, reward points , or order from official app those kind of things. Unless you use one of those delivery app as I see riders pickup from there. No self service machines. Staff are friendly though and toilets are straight across from it so that's super convenient when being with a kiddo. The text on the menu is so small its like eye test, if you are used to everything big on your phone. The food doesn't taste as fresh as the ones I've had in other stores though, that's a surprise with that kind of turnover rate and queues.

Went here yesterday, won?t take my app or offers etc, service was awful, two queues one for three for £3 and another for normal orders, what?s that all about, no drinks either, we all left and went to subway, no wonder your profits are down mc Donald?s

One of the best mcdonald?s in norwich. I came on a day where it was very busy and the service was understandably slow. but i cannot put fault or blame on any of the staff that keep the boat floating during a busy period. service on the whole is very good with kind staff and an even better ordering process.

I don?t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately after countless issues with this McDonald?s branch I feel the need to. When ordering from Chapelfeilds in the past, the last 4 orders of mine have been wrong, to the point I had two entire burgers and 20 nuggets missing. The same entails for the rest, and it?s a little frustrating that you cant read an order/ticket or check the items before sending them to be delivered. I get having off days, and usually It doesn?t bother me on occasion! But this has been consistent. Deliveroo credit only goes so far and its not their fault, I just want my order correct the first time without the whole follow-up of what?s missing this time like some game show? lol. Do better please

This one is one of the better ones. Service is very poor. Can wait ten minutes in line whilst the few staff seemingly concentrate on the on line orders, before getting to the people waiting in-store to order.No real atmosphere to speak of. Generally quiet, or people shouting to be heard.Food, this visit, was not too bad. Reasonable hot and seemed to be fresh off the grill, not stored in those plastic trays they use. Chips were over salty. Nuggets being as expected.
