I usually shop in here most days and all the staff are lovely, always helpful and make me feel welcome and comfortable! Yes I've noticed the air conditioning problem, but I don't understand why people are moaning about it? Just imagine the staff having to deal with it all day? So nothing to moan about being a customer! Big thanks to all the staff doing an amazing job.

This is the worst shop in the world. I'm only using it while Aldi is closed. Half the fridges have been broken for what seems like weeks, so there's no fresh produce that would normally be in there! If you want a coke zero with your lunchtime meal deal? You'd better enjoy warm ones! Only diet coke has the privilege of being in one of the working fridges. Yesterday the store was like an oven. I assume the aircon is dead too.

The supervisor today i apologise can't remember your name. Went out of her way and helped me with my online order despite her not needing to do so. I appreciate your help you are wonderful and i hope managlent recognises that you can take on responsibility and take actions that benefit customer and create a positive outcome for both the business and customer. Was in a mad rush for medication basic stuff and was pushing it for closing time but the two male staff working late where so polite asked what I needed and even took me to the products and helped out a great deal amazing job thank you very much.

Friendly staff bit pricey and not a great range of products especially with Aldi only 100yds away. I appreciate its probably a difficult situation with a big chain supermarket just down the road and comparing the two is a probably a bit unfair but unfortunately thats the situation
