Beware if buying flowers to either keep your receipt (not always given) or keep the packaging (who keeps the bags their flowers come ?) Bought a bunch of peonies at this store last week and only one has managed to open. Complained to the manager who suggested that I had just taken a photo of a bunch of flowers as I had no proof that they were bought there. I shop here every week and was very disappointed to be spoken to like that. Have since contacted their complaints department who are sending me a gift voucher ?. Totally unnecessary waste of mine and three call centre operatives time.

I went there looking for dinner for my family and an Easter egg and there was no vegan/vegetarian food and no Easter eggs. Then when I had some other food I went to pay and you couldn?t pay contactless! Who pays with a physical card these days? So we had to put our food back and didn?t get anything in the end. So we had to go all the way to Tesco to get dinner for the family. If you are just trying to get a nice dinner for your family I wouldn?t recommend because you can?t even pay!

This store is a fantastic place to grab your essential groceries when you're short on time. There's typically a sufficient number of cashiers at the registers, and a staff member is usually present at the self-service checkout to assist you. Parking in front of the store is usually not a problem, but can be challenging during busy periods.

Nice food but no lunch meal deal, no scan as you shop and the parking spaces are far too small and full of lost OAPs who leave their doors open.
