I am disabled. I was sitting near the door waiting for a taxi after shopping there. An employee walking past KICKED MY FOOT. Made some half hearted "apology" - said it was because he was talking to someone! Really hurt. DISGUSTING

For the last three times I have purchased two Eccles Cakes priced at £1.30 and each time have been charged £1.35. The first time the cashier rectified the overcharge when sorting my bill! But this week i have purchased two Eccles Cakes on two separate occasions but didn?t check my receipts until today. I have again been charged £1.35 each for Eccles Cakes clearly marked at £1.30 at counter! I cannot understand why this is happening, clearly something wrong at till! Not a good recommendation for Marks and Spencer. myrtle Hudson

I don't think I have ever been so patronised and embarrassed infront of other customers, I went into the launderette department to solve a problem that has been going on for 2 months now, I paid for some nightwear and I was told I would be informed when the item was back in stock in my size, I have heard nothing and came in with my receipt and asked for a refund and the shop assistant looked at me as if I was on another planet and asked me why I should be refunded, the manager was called and I didn't get treated that much better, they didn't see any reason why I should have my money back for a mistake one of their staff made, as we all know with the echonamy we're in right now money does not grow on trees. The way I got spoken to was disgraceful and I walked out close to tears. This is a big shame as I am very fond of M&S but if management is not prepared to train their staff properly and ask the customers the questions why then it is very off putting, upsetting and disappointing

Usually the cafe is quite a pleasant place to sit and have a cuppa inbetween shopping ? but on this occasion the male cafe assistant is obviously sexist the attitude and the deference between serving male and female customers are the polar opposite of each other, literally threw my hot drink at me no smile no please no thankyou, yet the female customer before and after me got a tray and a saucer ect..! And was so polite to them he definitely needs retraining in customer service..! And made aware all customers regardless of sexualy should be treated and respected the same as there all paying customers

This is the worst M&S in Norwich! The food Hall isn't too bad, although The staff are pretty rude and unhelpful.
Last year I bought something that luckily I noticed was around 8wks out of date!
I took it back to the big M&S in the city because I couldn't make it back to the Longwater department only to be told it pretty normal for the Longwater one to have out of date stuff on their shelves! ????? I won't be going back there again!

Worst customer service received on the Thursday!
Myself and a friend went into M&S on Thursday the 3/10/24 at around 10-11am with her new born baby. We picked up some jeans to try on and headed to the fitting room. We were greeted by a rather moody woman who showed my friend and baby to the bigger fitting room, as I went to walk in she stood in my way with her back to me at this point I said am I not allowed to go in with her? She replied by saying no not with the amount of items you have! Everyone who's had a baby will know how hard it is to try on clothes whilst trying to settle a baby alone and we had the signs to say how many items we had so it didn't really make a lot of sense but I went off to my own fitting room. I had tried on one item and could hear my friends baby crying and with it being her first shopping trip in the city I left my personal clothes and phone and other items to try on in the fitting room and went to check on her. The lady on the fitting rooms saw me come out and saw me go into hers. I settled the baby and my friend quickly tried on her bits. Only 5 minutes later my friend went and gave the lady back her things and went to grab my things from the fitting room for me to try on but all the doors were closed. I said to the woman I think someone's gone into a fitting room with my things in but she ignored me. I repeated myself and she tutted and said well there was one with loads of things all over the floor so I thought it was abandoned. I said it was just my own trousers on the floor the rest was on the bench and hanging up but she didn't say anything so I looked at my friend confused. I then noticed her move a phone on her desk and saw it was my phone as she turned it over. I went over and said this is my phone and then noticed my trousers too and she just said oh. I asked where the things were I wanted to try on and got ignored I asked again if she had any idea where she had put them and again didn't reply or offer any help what so ever so I only found 3 of the things I wanted to try on. When we were done she didn't even check our items just said put them on the rail. This is not the kind of customer service you expect anyone to receive let alone someone with a newborn baby. Its definitely not the service I would want any of my customers to receive. If I was the manager I would be having words with her it was an older woman. We actually left and went back later and a younger girl helped us look for a pair of trousers she was nice!

The food they sell is definitely made for the richer palate, plus the other food, normal food. It's also a little more expensive than the other supermarkets.

They just kicked me out of cafe because I was drinking my matcha. I said sell this here and I buy it from you, but no, they won?t, they can?t be bothered! I hope you are proud that you kicked out 65 years old on her very Birthday because you don?t sell my drink - in 21st century! Shame and disgrace, avoid at all costs!! I add up to my review in 6 months - they never replayed to my review, so I have not been in any store since and won?t be until they reply and apologize. If you M&S don?t care about a customer who give you 100-150£ a week, it?s ok, I won?t be back!
