There is no longer the things there were before Covid. Even thought service is actually decent, the prices and lack of sellable items just makes it not worthy of travelling to go.

Very pleased to say that after speaking with Rachel two weeks ago regarding the disappointment I had with the Vidal sweet section being almost empty things have now been sorted. I visited today and everything is fully stocked up so wasn?t a wasted journey. Thanks everyone ???

Seems to be getting worse now with stock levels
especially on the bulk bags of sweets VIDAL ETC. This really needs sorting asap as it?s hard to run a business when you can?t even get stock from the wholesaler

Today, 17th July, I visited Makro to stock up on some essentials. The staff were polite and friendly, and parking was hassle-free thanks to their large car park. The store was fairly quiet, which made shopping even easier. I found everything I needed and was able to complete my shopping and leave in under 20 minutes?a definite bonus!
When a staff member noticed I was waiting just behind two other customers, she kindly invited me to a kiosk she opened for me. I truly wish more stores were this proactive and customer-focused, as waiting in queues while staff go about their tasks is one of my biggest pet peeves.
All in all, I had a very pleasant shopping experience.

As a hospitality business customer I have only had great service.
I think most reviews on here are from people that do not have a hospitality or retail business.
