What an amazing shopping experience we had today in Lush! All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Hannah, she made my daughter feel very special and answered all our questions and gave us some sound advice on products, on Lushs ethics \\u0026 on all the different events in store! 10/10

Went into lush today, just for a quick browse, I was approached by one of the workers, Reuben, he really made my shopping experience awesome. He was full of enthusiasm, he kept us engaged and laughing throughout the conversation and really really made my day. He made me and my daughter comfortable and both of us will definitely be coming back again.

Me, my friend and our daughters had such a lovely experience whilst shopping in Lush on Sunday. Dean, the very friendly and approachable member of staff working that day, was so lovely. Visited lush today and got the most amazing customer service from Rosalyn (I believe their name was, apologies if wrong!) and they were so knowledgeable and lovely showing me around lots of different products, helping me decide and listening to what I was looking for and considering what they thought I might like. I have been going to lush for years now and a huge reason I keep coming back is because of the friendly \\u0026 lovely staff, and today Rosalyn was huge proof of that!! :)

What a lovely shop and really pleasant staff!I went there to buy my wife some unique perfume called Karma. The staff were really helpful, very nice to chat to and I left there with a birthday present that I know she will love! Thank you Lush!

Really lovely girl helped me choose my selection of usual bath-bombs and recommended new ones to try. Very friendly team and good vibes all around, she even gave me a free bath-bomb when I was having a bad day. Cheered me up, couldn?t recommend it more :)

Honestly was amazed from today. Took both my children in and they were welcomed by an amazing lady who shown my children how they fizz and made them feel special by giving them both a free bomb and jelly. The lady went above and beyond. My youngest loved the experience being Autistic, she made his day. Thank You

I went into the Norwich store on the 30th November, with my son who was purchasing Christmas gifts for his girlfriend, unknowingly to me the staff were planning to give away their advent calendar that day, after paying for my purchase I was presented with the calendar and told it was mine for being a nice person, I was completely overwhelmed and felt the luckiest person ever. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the wonderful staff and lush for absolutely making my day xxx

Lush offers such a range of great products, they have started to get a little expensive for the bath bombs but i love the fragrances and the experience they give.The staff are Always fab, friendly and knowledgeable

Really lovely experience in Lush. I went in with my little girl who was drawn into the shop by the bath bomb display at the front. She was shown how bath bombs work in the tester sink, the man (I'm not sure on his name but it was a weds morning) blew bubbles out the foam to make it snow, a really lovely sensory experience, she loved it. Plus we got a free tester of night cream. A really lovely experience and will go back again soon to purchase things. It smelt lovely too. The staff go above and beyond.

Myself, sisters and mum went to a make your own Toby?s Magic Cow Bath Bomb workshop which was incredible. We couldn?t had asked for better hosts as Ash and Bee were absolutely amazing. They made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and do another party workshop in the future! Thanks again for the laughs, we will be back soon!
