Gave a 2 because I've never actually been able to get into the shop. Says it's open on Wednesdays 10-3 went midday and it was closed? Waste of a trip which is a shame because I just got a dog and wanted this to be my local because it looks so cute outside.

Don?t get your Guinea pigs nails cut here- he made their nails bleed and no apology and still asked for payment. Just been on the phone to the vets to get them sorted.

Can not speak too highly of the service and helpful advice we have received here. Welcoming and obliging staff and owner and good range of stock. Especially helpful regarding advice and supplies for chicken keeping. As we have no car the delivery of large, heavy and bulky items has been very much appreciated.
