I have tried several bakeries around Norwich looking for a really nice plain sourdough loaf. To my taste, the loaves I have bought here have definitely been the best.

Best bread in Norwich by a country mile - friendly staff - central location - highly recommend the heritage loaf, it has a delicious slight sourness as sourdough should have but rarely does. Highly recommended.

Amazing bread. I will not go anywhere else.
I have been avoiding eating bread for many years because the super market loaves are just over processed, nutritionally empty and full of sugar and additives.
The tipping point for me was when I made a bacon sandwich with wholemeal bread from Warburton's and it tasted so sweet it was like eating bacon in a cake.
But then I saw something online about Loaf having a shop in Norwich and that they baked real bread.
Now I pop in whenever I can to buy the Rye Loaf, which is amazing. Nutty, chewy and relatively light. Not dense and heavy as the others I have tried. The fruit loaf is also amazing.
Only downside is that I cannot get to the shop on days I am working and, even sometimes when I can, they have already sold out. Now if I catch them open and with rye bread still available, I tend to buy a couple of loaves and freeze one.

Not sure what the hype is about here. Had a cinnamon bun here a few weeks back and it was bland and flavourless especially for the price.
Was then recommended to go back by a friend and needed some bread so thought I would give loaf another try. The white tin that I was given was denser than most bricks.
Maybe I have been unlucky in the two things I have tried but the atmosphere and reception you get when entering puts me off wanting to try more. Cold is an understatement. Maybe I'm missing something...

Went out for coffee with my friends around wymondham and stumbled across the cutest bakery EVER! The atmosphere and staff were so lovely and welcoming and the coffee was absolutely incredible! We also heard the cinnamon buns were highly recommended so grabbed one of those which indeed lived up to our expectations! They had so many options and amazing sourdough bread available, perfect with soup for the warm weather! Will definitely be back!!

The best bread I had since I moved to UK many years ago ! Bread as it should be ! We simply love their breads , my daughter( and me ) is a fan of buns , cookies and doughnuts which are not your everyday thing you buy somewhere else so the taste is different and we love it ! No nasty stuff . So glad to have them here in Norwich ! Staff are always welcoming and helpful . I recommend this place to all my friends and whoever I talk too . Simply thank you :)

Amazing bread and buns and absolutely fantastic coffee, bought a loaf down to my family in Cornwall over the summer and still get messages of them raving about it!! The shop itself is very welcoming and a perfect place to study and get a bite to eat, couldn?t recommend

Amazing spot in the dead-centre of the city. Lovely rustic bakes and a great coffee to match. Well worth popping in for a quick drink and a bite when against the clock as the service is so speedy.
