wanted to enjoy the customer service but they kept trying to push me to the machines, i like human interaction it?s always been in our dna not to isolate and interact but to much self service and quite frankly was forcing their best on me to use it wouldn?t take no for answer, only happened once so far but i was tempted to close my accounts and go where im not pressured to use something im not comfortable using

Waited 15 minutes which I feel could have been avoided if the member of staff just waiting for a customer trying to remember his password and searching through his phone could have served other waiting customers which had then become a queue ?.Why not have a coin machine as they do in supermarkets for customers to deposit their bags of change. No holding up any other customers or staff and the bank has the money direct, the customer could choose to pay direct into their account with no charge.

This branch is consistently brilliant. So easy to get to, to park, and service is always exceptional. Today?s help resolved matters that two other branches, and the telephone banking could not help me with. Makes banking so pleasant so personable.
