It's never open at 9am as it says on the opening times. I left at 9:10am as it was clear they weren't opening soon (lights off etc). Change the opening times to half 9 if you need to. At least your customers would know how long to wait.

Staff are always polite and helpful, no problems to date.
Maybe it's the attitude of certain types of customer.

I booked in my mums and dads covid and flu jab. Never been to this pharmacy. The service from the senior dispenser to the pharmacist was first class. Warm, friendly and caring. Perfect location with parking very close and ramp leading to shopping precinct where pharmacy is which helps- as my mum is disabled and in a wheelchair. The biggest compliment I can pay is that I've switched by mums and dads and my prescriptions to the old catton pharmacy even though we have more local ones a their have been hiccups in 2023.I have worked in NHS healthcare for over 5 years and know the NHS and its primary&secondary care services are all under tremendous pressure so it's refreshing to see a pharmacy operating efficiently and their customer care being first class despite being so busy. A big thank you to all and this review is impartial and well deserved !

Strange that out of all the Lloyds I have gone to over the years that this one has a purchase limit of no more than 4 of the same item. Pretty stupid if you want to buy a years supply of vitamins and they come in packs of 30 days?.

Staff are always friendly and courteous. Personal experience has proven that any problems with prescriptions has always been the fault of prescription originator and not in the pharmacist's control.

Door is no good if you are disabled. You have to ring a bell and wait till a passer by helps you. Their regal ladyships inside get annoyed if you try to push open the door! Wait out in the cold, peasant!
