I always go here when I need to buy a gift for someone! Really lovely array of products ranging from trinkets, house plants, jewellery and dried flowers. It's a bit pricey but if you are looking to treat someone (or yourself) then this is the place to go.My personal favourite are the dried flowers - I brought some last year and they still look lovely in their vase.They also offer a student discount and have a loyalty system which is worth getting if you buy gifts from there a lot.

This store is for people that have a more higher budget. The gifts here are really good quality and make very adorable presents. There is a some fun flavoured popcorn and some really cute mugs. The staff here are friendly and kind and very welcoming. I highly recommend coming here on your shopping trip in Chantry Place :)

Sadly I found the member of staff at the till this morning very rude (Chantry Place) however my friend wants a gift voucher from Lisa Angel so planning to pop to the original branch in the city centre later in the week.

I?ve shopped at Lisa Angel for years (as their stuff is absolutely beautiful / makes lovely for presents for people), but wanted to do a review after exceptional customer service from these guys recently.I ordered a personalised bracelet and jewellery box as a gift for a friend but unfortunately, the jewellery box had a flaw. I went into the Chantry Place store and the shop assistant was super helpful and immediately ordered a replacement item. However, I later discovered that I had accidentally left the bracelet in the same delivery box and had therefore accidentally handed this in at the shop! I rang the Lisa Angel customer services line and the lady I spoke to could not have been more accommodating (think her name was Alicia?). She rang the Norwich store to see if they could locate the bracelet, which unfortunately they were unable to do as it had already been shipped back to the main warehouse. However, even though she didn?t have to do so, she then ordered another one for me free of charge and made sure it arrived in time for my friend?s birthday. It was such a kind gesture and I really appreciated it.Amazing customer service and yet another reason I?ll keep shopping with them in future! :)

Gorgeous shop in Chapelfield shopping centre in Norwich selling jewellery, gifts etcThey started in a small shop and moved to bigger shops as their popularity grewSadly I was pushed for time but will revisit soon

i love lisa angel and am so glad they have a bigger store to browse around now! less bumping into things and people! all of their items are beautifully designed and displayed; they even have a decent collection of jelly cats which my friend and i love to ponder! their prices vary depending on the design and current trend of things, but overall i?d say they?re decent! brilliant place to get unique gifts from and even a little treat for yourself

Visited this store over the Christmas period searching for gifts, despite it being on busy side of things, the service was excellent and timely. Friendly staff and a fantastic selection of wares unique to Lisa Angel and Norwich.
