“The shop had a good selection of whisky when I visited in December. The assistant explained that they had been busy in the lead up to Christmas so they were a little shorter than usual. The atmosphere was relaxed and the customer service was good. It is possible to try some of the whisky before buying if they have any available in a tasting bottle. I found a whisky that I hadn't tried and purchased. Price was a little more expensive than online but that is to be expected in a town centre based shop. You visit more for the experience and the opportunity to browse bottles from different regions and distilleries. I would recommend this shop and will definitely visit again when I am back in Norwich.”

“I usually shop in here most days and all the staff are lovely, always helpful and make me feel welcome and comfortable! Yes I've noticed the air conditioning problem, but I don't understand why people are moaning about it? Just imagine the staff having to deal with it all day? So nothing to moan about being a customer! Big thanks to all the staff doing an amazing job.”

“Friendly owner and staff. The cigarettes and alcohol prices are much better than Asda just up the road, along with bread, milk and other items! Definitely worth a visit, and you might be surprised at how many items they stock at great prices. I am very much in favour of trying to support a local business that serves the local community, and not be tempted by the "big corporate supermarkets" Definitely worth a look, and DEFINITELY competitive on price with a nice local and human touch. “Today, I visited my local One Stop convenience store, a subsidiary of Tesco, to pick up some groceries. It has proven to be a valuable and popular store, offering a wide range of services, including an Evri parcel shop and a free cash machine. While parking can sometimes be a challenge right in front, there are usually spaces available on the road nearby. Personally, I find the staff to be pleasant and friendly, and they have always been quick to assist me when I've had issues with dropping off parcels.”

There's typically a sufficient number of cashiers at the registers, and a staff member is usually present at the self-service checkout to assist you. Parking in front of the store is usually not a problem, but can be challenging during busy periods.”
