We had a tyre that kept going flat and having to pump it up, we drove to kwick fit hoping they could have a look and when we got there the tyre was near enough flat and went in and asked if they could have a look etc. all we got from the guy at the counter was no!! As I said we have a flat tyre and they weren?t event interested to have a look or anything. Then went back to the car and my Mrs went in and asked the same question again as there wasn?t really anything else we could do and was just saying the same again no no no, really felt like they didn?t care or was even interested to help us even though there wasn?t a ramp with no car on it. Really poor depot, wouldn?t recommend to anybody if you ever in need of a new tyre quickly or whatever, there isn?t any point in going just hope for the best which is what we did and had to pump it up 7 times on the way home. Horrendous customer service and very unfriendly guy at the counter that didn?t care! Don?t go there!!!

Very friendly & very helpful guys. Waiting room lovely. I booked in for a new battery but I didn't need one so I can get a refund. Wonderful service. Can't fault them.

My car was vandalised overnight. I called Kwikfit and spoke to Tim Sarsby who arranged for all the necessary parts to be ordered coming the next morning at trade price. Tim and his team fitted the new parts in less than 15 mins at no charge the following morning all, before 9am so I could still make it to placement. After such an awful experience I?m so thankful Tim was there to help me out. Thank you ever so much.

Booked online a 15:00 appointment for a tyre and puncture repair. On arrival I was told they were running a little late late. Didn't leave until 17:15!!!! Staff were polite and work was completed to a high standard but you shouldn't offer advance while you wait appointments if your not going to stick to your appointment times and put walk ins in front of booked appointments. I'll be using a different company next time.

I didn't have an actual appointment, but I rang at 8.30 and was told if I went along I'd be seen. I had a puncture that was dealt with quickly considering how busy it was, the phones were going constantly and lots of people waiting.
