I came in with a tyre problem. Luke was extremely helpful and patient during a busy period near the end of his shift. Tyre replaced quickly. Great service.

Great garage franchise which is well-run & offers competitive pricing. The chaps working there are friendly & hard-working, & produce excellent results. They are honest & don?t try to sell you anything you don?t need.
I had Luke fit new tyres which he completed fast & to an excellent standard. Was even more impressed to learn afterwards he is the assistant manager & was helping coordinate all of the work going on.

So unhelpful!!! I turned up asking for a tyre change at 3.15pm. One car in there and refused to help because he was about to close. They aren?t supposed to close for 45 minutes and was unsympathetic and unhelpful. I hope one day your partner isn?t in need of help ether way I was today. Also nothing ?Kwik? about the way you are working!! Pathetic

I was advised not to use kwik fit for my M.O.T, as I had heard some story's of them finding the smallest thing wrong and charging a lot more than other garages, but despite this I took my car for a m.o.t, wish I hadn't, for a few minor things a light bulb and slightly misty head lights and 2 other minor things they failed my car the cost for the m.o.t was £54.50 which I paid and quoted me a additional £256 plus another £27.50 for redoing the m.o.t. what a rip off, I took my car to a local garage had the minor things done and with labor and m.o.t cost me £180, so if you can avoid kwik fit do,

My car didn't pass it's MOT. You told me what the problem was, ordered the part and in two hours it was ready to drive away with the new part fitted and an MOT certificate in my hand.

Have used Kwik Fit for tyres a few times before, as the price is often good and the turn around time is short. However with my last set of tyres one of the valve stems was leaking due to improper fitting. After taking it back for a quick follow up, the leak was fixed. But as I was detailing my car yesterday I noticed a massive scratch on the rim of the alloy wheel. I hope the same thing won't be happening to other customers. In any case I won't be using Kwik Fit again.
