Ordered from this restaurant today, the moronic staff crammed so much in 1 bag, the beans split, made the bottom of the bag soggy, and split dropping everything over my carpet. Financial claim gone into kfc UK for professional clean to cream carpets. All food binned.

Relatively speedy service compared to most KFCs. Other than that, service seemed like an inconvenience. Car park bins overflowing with rubbish, which probably explains the significant rat problem they appear to have given the numerous traps on show.

Had food delivered, it was a bargain bucket 10 piece , the chicken was awful, greasy and 4 of the pieces of chicken were more like a wing. Absolutely disgusting food. I spoke to someone at the restaurant who was no help atall. I explained the problem with the food and she was not really listening so I told her I would like a refund and she said we wouldn?t give a refund. I asked to be put onto the manager to which she said she was. If she was she?s certainly not a very good one and did not resolve anything

I used to like KFC, but I've not found one that has the flavour of the past. Here the thighs were very oily. Plus the chip portion was terrible. I would say 20 chips in a bag.

Ordered kfc tonight, missing all the dips paid for, and bbq chicken bites. I used to work for McDonald?s so I know how the service works, pretty much the same. They may be small items but it?s still money lost and wouldn?t of purchased if I didn?t want them. Instead we got loads of corn on the cob which wasn?t asked for. I understand the ?quick to order procedure? but if staff could actually take the time to read and make sure the orders are correct before being sent out, they?d have less complaints.
