Food was cold when delivered (we are ten minutes away), didn't get all of my order, drink was missing, asked driver and he said its in the bag, literally walked inside, checked the bag and went back outside, the driver was already driving down the road. Thought I would try Uber this time as have had a bad time with Just Eat. Both delivery companies are rubbish.

Cold food. Had a big long hair in my food just. The staff just laughed when I went to return the food. Got nothing back in return no refund no fresh food nothing! Shocking is an undertatement

Went here for dinner with my partner and kids. Ordered our food and everything was great! THEN my partner found a long black hair stuck in his chicken! Literally cooked into his chicken. He went to the till to tell a worker about how a hair was found in his food. The workers were unfazed by this and didn?t even apologise or attempt to do anything about it! Absolutely disgusting!! Very disappointed with kfc.

Still no hot drinks, and please don't lie to customers saying coffee machine just broke this morning when you're a regular and know, food was seriously over cooked and corn on cob raw, tables taken up by groups of teenagers just sitting there not one of them purchasing anything. Needs better management and definitely a visit from health inspectors.

Wow .. the food was nice. beyond that, my best ever customer experience in years of eating out with my family was with Stephanie and Sapph. These two made us feel happy and it's worth every bit of it.. I wish I could give them both 1 million Stars. God bless you
