I ordered 2 piece chicken meal. When arrived my wife thought I had ordered 2 small sides with chips. Chicken was so tiny and over cooked. Very disappointing

Went to KFC on Saturday last week and the service was top notch the food was superb the place was so clean and tidy thanks to a staff member Connie who was keeping the place clean and tidy ,she was always smiling

Very disappointed with the staff or should I say this person ( Connie) that made my daughter feel very emotional and unhappy by telling her to get out of the table cause she wanted to give the table to her friends/ family.

Me and my son like chicken, so KFC is one of our favourite chicken places. The only thing I would want improved is the type of chicken one receives in a family bucket. I would have liked to have been able to eat a thigh, but as it was just one my son had it. Perhaps it would be advisable to give 2 of each chicken part. We had 3 or 4 drumsticks, one thigh, and one wing a bit of breast on it. Their chips were quite good, though!

This visit was the final nail in the coffin for me, this is not the only terrible KFC in Norwich, nor our first disappointment. The girl who served us was polite and helpful but was clearly peeved my 80yr old mother had questions about what to order and we didn't use the screens.
The chicken pieces were luke warm, not so my almost cold tower burger which was dry with hardly any sauce and the "bread" was awful, not stale, don't think that's scientifically possible but you know what I mean. Couldn't clear up afterwards as all the bins were full.
Yes, I could have complained, but my Mother didn't want to and was worried about what would happen to our "fresh" food if we did. Let's be honest, I shouldn't have to. A company in the game for this many years shouldn't be messing stuff up like this, the fact it was lunchtime and barely busy, shows others already knew what we found out. I'll never eat KFC here or at Longwater ever again, and would now think twice anywhere. Thankfully in Norwich your choices are legion.

I visited the KFC location on chapelfield on August 20, 2024, at 4 pm, and was appalled by the behavior of the girl at the till. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, not only to me but also to another customer who was trying to pay with cash.The food was subpar, and the service was even worse. I ordered chicken buket , but what I got was uncooked chicken oily and so much of salt in it.
I was expecting the usual KFC quality and friendly service, but this visit fell far short. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address these issues and improve the customer experience."

They called out my number and gave me my meal but didn?t check what number i was when i collected it. I ordered a large meal and was given a regular and when i went to explain it to them they just chucked a small extra in my bag and just gave it to me. Then i found out they swapped mine and another customers meal and just shrugged it off. I didn?t end up getting anything large and it was all regular size.
The way they communicate isn?t very clear and they are extremely rude, using foul language with customers. They just chuck the ready orders at the front in a pile. Not good service at all.
