Amazing service! The people working here are lovely; such a great team. Astonishing results with the clothing repairs. Been here to repair 3 pairs of clothes now and each repair has been incredible.

Dropped off my three piece suit and dinner shirt to be dry cleaned. Two days later I got a text to say it was all ready for collection. When I arrived the next day to collect it, I was given the correct suit, but incorrect shirt. The shirt I was given was two sizes smaller than the shirt I dropped off and the wrong style, but the staff reacted as if I was very much wrong or mistaken. They said if the customer that got my shirt by mistake hadn't given it back within ten days, they would reimburse for the cost of my shirt. A phone call later revealed that incompetence by staff member, had led to my shirt being tagged incorrectly. The person who got it by mistake would return it tomorrow.
Ultimately, I'm am not happy with this service.

Didn't use the cleaners but needed some passport pics done and this store incorporates a photographic company. £12.99 for a code and 4 pics but saves faffing about trying to please the passport office.

We took curtains here for cleaning. Everything was explained well to us and when we collected them several days later it was obvious they had done a good job.

The ladies at Johnsons at this branch are amazing!! and the results and customer service is 5* I had a fluffy blanket and the results were excellent ? and a pink jacket was impeccably pressed and finished ? well done ladies they are excellent and I have reccomended you to so many friends thank you ?Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I took my Dunelm blackout curtains here and learnt that Dunelm blackout curtains can be a bit of a nightmare despite what the label states.. However, mine came out really well and will be back to see Sharon if I need to as she did a fantastic job on these ones despite the risks involved and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use her magical services again.Thank you :) .Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

I am so delighted with the service I receive each and every time I come to this Johnson?s. Sharon and Lisa work so hard to go the extra mile and are often juggling so much to make sure they get everything done efficiently and to an incredible standard. Positives: dry cleaning was fine, clothes were clean. Negatives: serious attitude from the lady behind the counter and 5 days? wait with no express options available. Turned up to collect at 1pm to find they were ?closed for lunch? for 40 mins inside the advertised opening hours. Paid for a repair which wasn?t done, when I pointed out that it wasn?t done I was met with a shrug and a ?well we can refund you the one pound fee? (which is also significantly less than paid?) so I guess if you want part of the job done by all means try this place
