I didn't have a good experience here. I think the man I spoke to was called Carl - very unpleasant and sarcastic. I would not recommend this place.

Very helpful most staff are great. One chap in the yard is always grumpy but the rest are very helpful. Lucy is cheerful and always has an answer.

Was very dissapointed with my visit to jewsons today not the normal customer service at all. Firstly I had to find someone to help and she told me to just walk around and find what I want myself which felt quite dangerous with fork lifts and Lorrie?s all over the place I then carried/dragged the wooden posts myself to the main front of store I then went into the store to pay for my posts two guys were on the phone which I understand but another customer walked in and stood qued behind me a lady who works in jewsons named Lucy then came to the till and told me to wait and she served the guy behind me first then walked of with him and left me standing at the till still waiting just as I was about to give up and walk out one of the guys came of the phone and took my payment and then I was left to load them in my van myself.

Very over priced! Go to B&QI was sold 12 bags of sharp sand for a record breaking £4.38 per bag!!Using a trade account and questioning the price I was told "that's the best we can do"Well Jewson you certainly haven't "nailed it" this time.
