Nice friendly staff but useless shop. Looks impressive but have no stock so no sizes available to try unless you have tiny or massive feet (non sale items).

I bought a track suit 16 dec 10.30am, very poor sevice from till staff who at one point despite a queue forming manged to get six almost seven sales staff behind till counter with at least 2 drinking from water bottles all managing to avoid eye contact from anyone in the queue, sales lady 571941 finally helped her colleague who was already serving a customer and served me, this also relaxed the water drinkers to move about behind the till without fear of being expected to do anything

Terrible customer service. Came here for a client via my work who is disabled to spend some of their money on themselves and due to their bank, their card declined on an expensive order. The girl at the till was nothing but rude and I wish I got her name as she should not be working in a retail store. She decided to talk to her colleague about it in a negative manner as we walked off to go and sort the issue she did not offer to hold the order or to give me a receipt with items on to do online later on, nothing. Again, I do not know her name but she was the rudest assistant I?ve ever met. Disgusting behaviour talking to a colleague about it in a negative manner be understanding to the situation and not make someone anxious.

Tried to buy a pair of ladies and pair of men?s running socks which both had a 2for £10.50 offer applied. Can?t mix men?s and ladies though! Such a daft policy. Just annoys the customers and I walked out with nothing.

Popped into JD whilst on holiday to see if they had any crocs. As i was about to walk away due to them not having my size, a lovely lad called Ben approached me and offered his assistance. I needed the next size up in the crocs and he sorted me out right away. It wasn't just that however, his entire presence was just amazing. I suffer from anxiety and he just made me feel so comfortable. We chatted about uni and good places to go locally, overall a lovely lad. He is a credit to this store, hope he gets the grades he wants and gets where he wants to be in life.

Not my type of shop as it sells all branded over priced designer stuff.
The shop was claustrophobic with not enough room to move around.
