I haven't used this garage on previous occasions , but my own 25 Yr well used,trusted garage gap closed now and since I've used several and found that ££££ more important than customers safety with there cars and have been charged mega , i think INNER LINK MOTOR Co , appear to be my next 25 Yr garage , honest owner, safety conscious, understanding (specially when delivering the famous words "vehicle not worth mending ") no matter the price of the bill one can't buy a vehicle for the price of the bill ! ! Along with environmental issues,we should be MENDING not DISPOSING OF vehicles these days ,was met with a big smile and "we'll do best we can Mrs " they fitted my car in and did what they said they would, and offered me to view the problems .so honesty is a great bonus as way to many crooks out there , and yes I did have a huge bill, thanks to previous crook garages , my car lives on ! !Thanks guys good job ,

So..me and my partner recently moved to Norwich my partner from Abedeen, we were due a trip back to Aberden, me for work and my partner to go see the grandkids ,due to the rail strikes on the Thursday we had to make the journey by car, the day before the dreaded 9hr drive the left rear decided it had enough and basically blew up ,rear disks / pads / callipers the lot! There was no way we could make the drive how it was,we pulled up at the garage and explained our situation, the manager/owner was very sympathetic ,himself and the team went above and beyond to get the car done in such a short period of time so my partner could get to Aberden to see the grandkids and me to work on time. The car was looked at, a price was given and the next day we picked the car up and shown the obliterated replaced parts. Everyone there was extremely friendly and customer satisfaction was best l've ever experienced , the car is now booked in for a MOT as we know it's in great hands. My own garage has used Innerlink for MOT testing and when I moved out of Norwich I went direct to them. I booked the car in for the test and was able to sit in the comfort of their own waiting room. It was great to deal with such pleasant people. I returned a few weeks later to have the oil and oil filter replaced on my car and yet again had a good experience. This company is a pleasure to deal with at all levels and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I shall return as and when I need any further work done on my car. Thank you everyone!

Customer service was top notch. The car my wife bought was cleaned ready to go for us turning up. I know people say there supposed to be cleaned but service was great. Wish i could give more stars. If your needing a car get along to innerlink.
