From the moment I walked through the door , I felt very much at ease . The greeting from the man behind the desk . To asking if I?d like a drink while he gets a colleague to assist me .Jason Conroy welcomed me and was efficient in getting my car appraisal complete before test driving a car.The process after that was very straightforward and Jason proceeded with the part exchange price along side the manager , Noel who again was extremely clear and left no stone unturned to make sure everything was understood on my part.Giving me all the options that I wanted , helping me to keep to the budget that I wanted.The deal offered was just perfect for me and I left the showroom extremely happy with my experience.I would definitely recommend Inchcape Norwich BMW for it service and friendly manner ,the ease of buying the car was the best I?ve had . Alongside the offers available and the immaculate showroom.

I recently part-exchanged my 5 series tourer for a newer one at BMW Norwich. We had a very positive experience dealing with Jake Howe who was friendly and professional without being pushy which was very much appreciated. He made collection of my new tourer very special and the valeting and presentation was outstanding. I had my first BMW 4 years ago and my husband purchased an X5 18 months ago. We have both been very happy with our cars and the service we have received from BMW Norwich and would definitely recommend to others.

We have been coming to Inchcape BMW Norwich for a number of years. Simon Parkinson always provides an impeccable service. We usually know what we want and he ensures that we receive that car at the monthly payments we can afford. There is never any fuss, he just sorts it out for us. We have moved to an electric car from a diesel and I have been a little apprehensive about it. He put our minds at rest and provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Simon is straight talking and honest. He wouldn't sell me a car he knows I wouldn't be happy with or would cost me too much money. When it came to knowledge on the new tech in the car, Darko was great. He was really knowledgeable about the new tech and really broke the back on showing me what I needed to know to learn the basics of the car. There's lots more to learn but that will take time. Darko made sure I was less apprehensive about driving away. My drive home was uneventful but speedy and enjoyable. Now to learn what all the buttons do! Thank you Simon and Darko.

Having just purchased a used BMW 3 Series from Luke Gilks, I would like to commend him on the service received. The vehicle was viewed by myself on the Monday and there were a few items I wanted rectifying before delivery, these were all done plus a couple of bits I hadn?t expected and the car arrived with me 3 days later presented beautifully. Phil the driver who made the delivery was a true gentleman and couldn?t of been more helpful. Well done Inchcape Norwich.

Exemplary customer service from General Sales Manager Noel and his team, above and beyond expectations. I called the dealership to discuss going to look at a new car in their stock, but couldn't get through to anyone, so abandoned the call. An hour or so later, Noel called me, having spotted my number as an incoming call, but seeing no record of anyone having spoken to me. He politely asked if I had called the dealership earlier, explained that they were having "issues" with their phone system, and asked if he could help. He was able immediately to answer my questions about the car, make an appointment for me to see it, and arrange for a test drive in a demonstrator of the same model, and asked for how long I would like the demonstrator: all arranged there-and-then by the manager himself, not passing me on to another staff member. It was all very quick and efficient.On the day, the demonstrator has been cleaned and filled with fuel, and I was booked out for me for two hours, so I was able to take it out for a good test drive. They offered me a very fair price in part-ex for my current car, but as it turned out I didn't like the new car as much as I had expected, and decided not to buy. The staff were completely understanding, did not attempt any kind of 'hard sell' to try to change my mind, and said they'd immediately refund the deposit I had put on the car to hold it until I could get there. It turned out that they had accidentally taken the wrong amount for the deposit, but as I soon as I pointed this out, Noel apologised and it was quickly sorted out without any problems.I couldn't have asked for more friendly, polite, and efficient customer service.

I recently collected my new 530e from Inchcape and couldn't be happier. The service and attention from start to finish was exemplary and I would easily recommend the team to all. The deal was very competitive and Brendon and Noel kept in touch throughout and the car is excellent.I would recommend the BMW itself and if you are buying one do so here.

Recently visited regarding an MOT on my wife's X3. As always excellent service throughout. Clare who looked after the appointment from start to finish was a pleasure to deal with being very professional and customer focused. I appreciated her level of care and oversight. Kyle on the service desk is also a very dedicated and hard working individual who like Clare places customer care first. He never fails in his looking after us. Gavin O'Grady has always been fantastic to deal with. From the initial sale and beyond including any after care needs. His general friendliness when ever we happen to be on site is always genuine. Gavin is certainly a trustworthy individual with high standards and I never hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and clients alike. Same goes for the others I have dealt with at Inchape BMW Norwich thus far. Thanks to all of you!

We visited the showroom to look at various options of changing our Mini, we were so pleased to see Sophie who sold us our last Mini 4 years ago was still there. Sophie is extremely knowledgeable and super passionate about all things Mini. She listened to our small list of things we were looking for in a new Mini and Sophie put together a package that exceeded our requirements. We collected the car a full week before expected and Sophie went through all the new features ensuring my wife and myself understood all the new features. We would definitely recommend seeing Sophie if you want to buy a Mini either for the first time or like us are on your 4th purchase. A great experience and 5 stars- would have been 6 if the coffee machine had not broken!

I have used inchcape norwich a few times for services and tyres, etc and bought my car from there a couple of years ago. On my most recent visit I needed an MOT and a brake fluid service... I can't thank the team enough, it turned out my car needed a repair and it failed the MOT. Georgie went absolutely out or her way to help me, I worked in the showroom, drank coffee she helped me get an uber eats lunch and Georgie sourced me a lone car so I could get home as my husband was away on business and couldn't come and collect me. I was given fabulous demo car and really looked after, the repair was done quickly the next day and I was reunited with my lovely bmw. I can't rate the inchcape team enough! Thanks all! ?

Jonathan phoned me up to get my car seen after I believed I had an issue with a wheel balance as it didn?t feel right at 70mph, since only owning the car 4 days from another BMW dealership.. made sense to come to Norwich Branch.Jonathan couldn?t have been more helpful, when I arrived, they got my car in the workshop, I waited their ?.so made use of the facilities ( coffee machine ) ? I was then told unfortunately I had a buckle in my alloy!!Jonathan helped me out with a few videos and a price of a new alloy so I can go back to the dealership I got my car from! He really was so helpful and had a nice general chat ..my car was cleaned and hoovered with a free health check!Just want to say thank you for your time and all your help ? really mean a lot!I received a brilliant service!Regards KB ( Atvcity )
