Ordered Transformer Tarn from them. Got an email saying he would be here in a few days. Got a message the next day to say that it had already arrived. Fantastic, was not expecting as quick, brilliant delivery times and Tarn arrived in perfect condition.

From my experience, this company will not reply to your emails or any other contact if you have a problem. They also have an ebay page but refuse to acknowledge any responsibility, they did reply on ebay but wouldn't help at all. They sold me a defective transformer toy for my son but won't facilitate any form of refund, return or communication. I would seriously advise against purchasing anything from this company. Appalling and unacceptable customer service.

After hearing about this place in one of my collecting groups I took a trip down today, it's a little bit of a journey from where I live but the drive is totally worth it, the place is a fairly decent size with a vast selection of so many different things from different shows and universes I collect power rangers stuff myself and they had quite a nice selection of power rangers related items, the store is very easy to find staff are very friendly and approachable definitely be back soon to pick up some more items! 5 stars would recommend to everyone

Overpriced with terrible service. Packaging is awful, items often arriving damaged. I'd give zero stars if it was possible. Avoid - there are better suppliers online.
