Th East European guy doesn't want you to buy the package from the app(probably prefer cash in hand), and if you pick one of the cheaper washes, they look at you like you swore at thier mother

I?ve been visiting this car wash for several years because it offers some of the best prices in the city. However, the quality of the hand pre-wash can vary depending on the attendant, which means the results can sometimes be inconsistent, especially in spots that the automated wash misses. That said, I was very pleased with my recent £7 triple foam wash, which is why I'm giving it a 5-Star rating!

The blower that is supposed to blow excess water off your car doesn't have the head on it so is ineffective. There are supposed to be some vertical drapes that dry your car at the end of the car wash, they have been missing completely for months.
If you've got another IMO you can use, do that. Why pay the same amount for half a car wash
Still the same, the worst kept IMO I've ever been to. The staff just don't seem to care.
I've given it yet another try, sadly that will be the last

Use regularly for our fleet wash and valeting every week for more than a year.

We have been used to the excellent service at the IMO in Northampton. No matter how dirty the car was, it always came away spotless. Even on the cheapest wash.
We have used the one in Norwich about 4 times now, and even on more expensive washes, there is still dirt in the car.
Wouldn't recommend this place.

Pretty good car wash. Took my new EV to be washed as I had a £5 discount courtesy of the AA, It still cost me £13.50 down from the usual £18.50 HD wash. Had a bit of trouble getting the auto brake to switch off and then selecting neutral. I'd already turned off the auto wipers. No queue when I got there but was a long one by the time my car was finished. Didn't hang about for the tyre dressing, I just got out of there! I'll be prepared next time. Sorry to all who were waiting that day for the idiot to get his act together.

I went to the wash in Norwich NR3, paid for mini valet and was told the price for out is different. I was okay with that but the guy just vacuumed inside and wiped dashboard roughly, left some spots and dust said he was done and that?s what I paid for. What a waste of money.
