Nice and friendly team. Never an issue ordering my prescriptions and have them ready quickly. Helpful opening hours in comparison to other chemists.

Staff are great here. Odd selection of things to buy, but generally has pharmacy/chemist things in stock. Jabs are offered which is handy, all run to time and in out quickly.Prescription gets lost sometimes and I?m not sure whether that?s the surgery side or the chemist side, however I don?t have this at other chemists so suspect there?s something not quite right with their systems. Often items are out of stock and no great way to get updates they are back in - would love some modernised tech offered here. Feels like they are a little outdated and could be more efficient. Wait times can be long.

It?s getting difficult to get some medicines but Hurns managed for my wife where others failed. I went to collect it and was dealt with very promptly and professionally. Thankyou to all concerned.

Wish I could put 0 stars.Was parked here for 3 mins 10seconds exactly and faced with a £60 parking fine. Needed some medication but realised the pharmacy was closed. What a joke. Beware of the parking here.

Agree with the sentiments below about the parking fines being outrageous.I parked there at 8pm on a Sunday, the chemist was clearly closed and I dashed across the road to the Co-Op to get some Calpol. I was less than 3 minutes and now am faced with a £60 fine. I will not return here, even as a customer.

Fantastic pharmacy well staffed and very helpful. Always polite and no long waiting times. It's taken me many chemists to find a good one I'm very lucky to have found hurns I won't be changing anytime soon . Thankyou to all the staff who are working hard to get our scripts to us your appreciated. Parking is good too right outside .

Shame on you Hurns for taking no action to remove these parking Pirates from your forecourt. It?s no good saying it?s the Landord and you have no control, why is it fair to fine £100 for parking on a Sunday when no one is taking up a Patrons parking space! Even residents parking does not apply on a Sunday locally !

I have used this chemist but won't again. They clearly enjoy an easy revenue stream from the parking outside when the chemist is closed.

I am a regular customer here and will be finding a different chemist from now on. The parking fines outside this place are a joke. If you pull in their car park after they are closed having raced home from work and missed there opening times just to sit there for a few minutes whilst you figure out where else you can go. The company will send you an absolutely outrageous fine! It doesn?t matter who you contact or how you appeal it they will just send you threatening letters.
