The shop is perfect but unfortunately there are people that misuse the disabled bays. I had to wait for one and the lady and gentleman that were in it were not disabled. Also there were 2 other cars that did not display a disabled badge. When I left a young lady pulled up beside us. Again not disabled. This needs to be monitored so disabled people can actually use the spaces

I visited Home Bargains this evening, March 15th, in search of a specific lock I thought I had seen during a previous trip. Although I couldn't find the lock, I was intrigued by a tin of Princess boneless skinless mackerel priced at 69p. Since I had never encountered this brand for less than £1 before, I quickly decided to grab three tins.
However, I was taken aback when the checkout total came to £1.19 per tin. I questioned the price discrepancy but expressed my willingness to pay the adjusted amount. I kindly asked cashier to check that my eyes weren't misleading me. A supervisor arrived a couple of minutes later and confirmed that the items were incorrectly placed.
To my surprise, she promptly refunded me the difference, even though I was ready to pay the full price, recognizing it was clearly an honest mistake.
This experience truly highlights excellent customer service!

Good clean tidy store. Great selection of goods. Not largest of stores but has most things. Car park shared with neighbouring Aldi so often busy, but always managed to get a space.

I went to home bargains West Drayton over the weekend to buy my last minute Christmas shop and Christmas tree. I normally don't go to HB as it's not local to me. I was surprised at the bargains you can get compared to your normal High Street shops comparing other brands of superstore pricing is remarkably reduced and value for money.
My only suggestion and strong recommendation is to adequately staff up your stores, I required help, the supervisor who was managing eight or nine tills was rushed off his feet especially during these busy times your staff need help so they can manage the five or six people running at them for customer service.
I understand the business model of HB is volume driven however you could increase your sales and turnover if you had sufficient supervisors and helpers help the cashiers at the tills. Line perhaps, a dedicated customer services section would help managing the countless queries received. That said am amazed at the variety of products available and at the reasonable prices HB sells its items. You should open more stores in local areas.

These places always seem a bit depressing and the staff don't seem to like talking to you or acknowledging you

Very affordable place to shop, even for kids and elderly people. For kids they have a-lot of options from drawing books to toys. For elderly people or adults they have wide range of products such as household items. Gardening things, kitchenware, utensils, blankets, snacks, milk, vegetables, fruits etc. it?s a all in one place. Not too expensive and not too crowded. We often visit that place during off days and there will be something to buy during each of our visit. There are a lot of drinks selection and also variety of snacks, cakes, crisps etc. It?s a kids friendly place to visit. A very budget friendly place to explore, with car park facility, which is very comfortable.
