Ordered a few items in mid February but returned based on my GPs advice. They claimed they'd refund once they received the returned items which they did and would refund withon 14 days. Chatted with the company online in March about the refund but have heard nothing since then. It's been almost a month now and regret buying from them instead of Amazon that deals with order, delivery and refund efficiently most of the time.

ð???Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to discuss and explain the products and help you decide which vitamins etc might be best for you. Some really delicious and healthier treats in here too, the dried fruits and nuts are all far too temptingð???

Love the place for its healthy goods. Of course healthy goods are costing much, but the products are really good. Usually buying proteins and protein bars with shakes and nutrition vitamins.

I love DR organic products and the only reason I'm going to this shop because they don't sell them any where else. Customer service are really bad at their branches in norwich. I went there to buy some products and the woman was serving on the till, was so grumpy and looked nervous, she didn't smile and she looked sick with nervous problem, I just can't believe they employed somone like that! !!
