H&B must be seeing an increase in their profits as everytime I shop here I am having to query differences in prices on the shelves with higher prices at the till . Today the till malfunctioned and I was unable to receive my overcharge refund - I was expected to return back later while the till jogged its memory - getting so fed up, not sure I can shop there again .

I decided to nip into Holland & Barrett to get some Manuka Honey today and was quite shocked that they have empty bottles on the shelves, I mean, is shop lifting THAT bad these days??? Showed my Blue Light card and then had to prove via a photo ID that it was me!!!! Is everyone treated like a dishonest customer?

I rang the telephone number given online for some information. I very lethargic person answered, saying her name was Gina. But then cut me off as soon as I asked the question.

When I entered the shop in the morning I was ignored by the staff. It seemed as if I was disturbing them when I asked a question. Very strange atmosphere.

I visited this branch twice and on both occasion experienced a poor customer service.. probably just one particular staff... well ...will just try to avoid this particular branch as me and my man are a regular HB customers...

Very poor customer service, staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other rather than providing customer service. It seemed we were in the way by being in the store. Needs a good shake up and retraining.

Hi dear public i place an order 23rd Feb and paid for next day delivery!! It arrived today 26th Feb not a happy customer. Email three times and call the office all day on Tuesday 25th Feb with no reply not very good customer service. I have ask for my money back for postage but nobody will reply. So dont bother to place an order with this company.
