Dealt with Scott on the purchase of a second hand car. He was helpful, knew details about the car without having to look it up and wasn?t too pushy (something that can be quite annoying with sales people). And car was prepared for us to take away very quickly and everything was prepared as had been promised.

We have been customers at Norwich Holden Renault where we had our Arkana serviced for a couple years. On our last visit we saw the new Austral in the showroom and we also met Scott, one of the sales team. He showed us around the Austral and arranged a test drive and decided to buy one. Throughout the entire process Scott could not have been more attentive. He spent time talking us through the purchasing process and then kept us up to date with the state of progress and any delays with regular phone calls. So often in the past we've had the impression that once a sale has been made you are no longer a priority but Scott has never made us feel like that. He has given us the time we felt we needed to feel comfortable, relaxed and happy with our new purchase. So thank you Scott and thank you Holden.

All of the staff were excellent. The exec who dealt with me, Jake, was outstanding throughout the entire process. From walking in the showroom to driving away in a new car a week or so later, Jake was totally professional and I was never left wanting. Regular updates and utmost courtesy. This is the first time I have purchased a brand new car which left me excited and nervous, but the service Jake provided made me feel a lot more at ease. Very user friendly explanation of the car, answered all my questions and consistently kept me up to date on the entire process whilst making me aware of all available options when choosing the car. Jake was great through the entire process, I would definitely come back to Holden for a new car again one day.

Really quick and easy buying my new car through Holden. Jake who dealt with me was great. Really helpful, not pushy and stayed late to accommodate when I finished work which was much appreciated. He also got the car it?s mot and service quickly as I was without a car. Would recommend Holden

You had to completely replace the alarm system on my car. The dealer has been very good and did all they could to solve my alarm problems. It?s just a shame they had to on a new car. There must be a problem somewhere in your system as this should not happen. I was completely satisfied with the dealerships handling of the problem but as I said it shouldn?t happen. It has taken the edge off my new car which otherwise I am completely happy with.
