Fantastic customer service from one of the team on a Saturday morning. Extremely knowledgeable service and incredibly helpful. The Heroes chocolate protein is delicious and totally recyclable packaging.

Spencer and the team at heroes are amazing! Very knowledgeable guys, I?m a regular customer for the protein powder which after many hours of research is the best quality one I can find at a reasonable price too, they are also clearly willing to go the extra mile for their customers quite literally as I always order my protein powder last minute but due to living in the same city as the store I?ve noticed they have been personally delivering them on to me the same day once even an hour after I paid it was here!

Always a pleasure to buy from heroes store Norwich Spencer is full of knowledge on a multitude of sports supplements. I regularly buy my supplements here as well as some of my gym clothing so if your looking for actual decent sports supplements this is the place 100% always good service.

Always and absolute pleasure to visit Spencer at heroes in Norwich. He has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition, weight training and health and fitness in general. Always willing to help and give you what you need. I today tried their own brand lean and strong and I'm the fussiest person alive and it is the absolute best product I've found for taste, texture and flavour. What's even better is that I can choose how much I want to suit my budget and to see if I like it first rather than a giant tub! Absolutely the best place to get all things health and fitness!

Bought the plant-based chocolate protein powder and it?s great - blends well, thickens nicely even if you leave it just for 15mins, and it?s the best flavour I?ve tried (and I?ve tried a few!) Really recommend it.
