These folks damaged my car. It went in for a service in great condition, £800 of unexpexted and wholly unnecessary work later, it broke down the next day!!!
Worse still, whatever they did to the engine resulted in fumes coming into the cabin. Years later, I now have lung inflammation with no obvious cause (non-smoker, life long athlete) - exposure to carbon from what looks like negligence at best...
The complaints team and CEO were very nasty and failed to address the issues raised at the time...
Beware of this company.
