A total mechanical and communications disaster.Took three visits to sort out a clutch problem. Each time I was told the vehicle was repaired, and ready to collect.Clutch failed twice after first ?repair? (whilst I was driving) leading to having to load vehicle onto recovery truck twice with two weeks. Dangerous to allow a car to be collected in that state.Now left with a car that has a clunky gearbox.To top it all, my car was returned with so little battery charge that I couldn?t restart it in a local car park, first day after the third ?repair?.My only way of finding out what was going on, was to walk to the garage and speak in person. No update calls from the office.

Terrible service. Went in for a diagnostic check because of the engine light on. Arrived at 10:30 they didn't take it in until the very last minute of the day. 10 mins later, wax told the DPF was probably blocked, and a sensor would need replacing cost somewhere in the region of a £1000 and follow-up report and estimate to be emailed the next day. They have made no effort to contact me with an email or phone call. Just took the 49.99 and gave nothing in teturn. Halfords is a terrible place togo

Booked and paid for a diagnostic slot at 11:30 on Saturday. I dropped the car at 10am and was told to wait for a phone call. I was also advised that my car needed to be collected by 3pm as the car park would need to be clear for contractors.Come 1pm, no phone call, so I called them. The person on the other end of the phone told me that the technician hadn?t yet seen my car and would look at it shortly as they were finishing up their current job. Was told to await phone call.Called again at 2:15, 45 mins before the pick up time of the vehicle, only to be told the same thing I had been told an hour ago.I went to collect the car at 2:45pm after still not receiving a phone call, on match day, in the middle of Norwich.Communication was absolutely appalling. Spent way too much of my Saturday messing around trying to chase these clowns. Avoid.

Took my car in for front brake pads to be changed.Got a call back later with a quote for £1000+. All added things that were non urgent and posed zero safety issues.Agreed on front pads only for £163.Arrived to collect my car and was asked for £214 as they had fitted new sensors on the front brakes.After being challenged, this was reduced to the agreed amount.Now getting emails with safety alerts to change my battery, despite unsubscribing.Will never use them again. It sickens me to think how many people are getting conned into having work done that is not needed.

Awful Service. Booked in to get my two rear tyres changed at 3 o'clock.No one contacted me to come pick it up so I headed down there at 7:30 ... only to see my car in the car park with no new tyres on and the whole place locked up and everyone had gone home. No communication at all even though they have my number!! My car is now there overnight (which was not agreed) and I am inconvenienced before work tomorrow. Will probably have to rearrange to get the tyres done ??

I am absolutely disgusted with this centres idea of customer service. We booked in, well in advance may I add, for two new front tyres to be fitted. After turning up to the centre, we were told to come back in three hours. We assumed all was fine, yet when we turned up after three hours, it was only then they felt it appropriate to say that the tyres were never ordered?? Paid £300 for this!! I don?t understand why they didn?t call up to inform us of this, either beforehand or after taking the car in, rather than just leave it and happily waste our time. Let?s not even talk about the fact that the tyres should have been ordered in.I?d strongly recommend not to use this place, and instead place your business with a reliable auto centre, rather than one that thinks it?s okay to take your money and then proceed to waste your time.

Love this garage. The centre manager and her whole team are all so good. Clear communication, very helpful, and clear about where they can get parts from for my 13 year old Renault ?!

Booked the car and paid for an 11:30 slot on a Saturday for tyres and brakes. The garage did not contact me so I arrived back at 16:45 and still wasn't ready and the brakes weren't done. Will never use again as unreliable

Try to charge me £300 more than quoted for suspension work for a mot.When I questioned this the lady on the phone said she will speak to the manager and phone back, which never happened. Went to collect my car the said they would price match the original quote. When my wife mentioned this to her work colleague they said the exact same thing happened to them.

Needed wipers replacing the first guy wasn't that clued up and said they didn't have the right sizes he told me to take it to vauxhall which of course would have cost me a lot more. I spoke to another technician and he sorted it straight away within minutes .

These guys go the extra mile to keep you on the road. For me that was tyres and brakes at very short notice.

Booked car in for 9am on Saturday morning to be told late Saturday afternoon that they could not fit it in but would fit it on Sunday instead. Dropped off first thing on Sunday, called at 3:30pm to be informed that they were still unable to fit it in and would need to come back Monday. Would strongly avoid as clearly do not abide by time slots nor appreciate others time - four wasted trips to that place for nothing and not even an apology from the staff.
