“Great gym with a friendly atmosphere. I joined as a monthly member for the summer and have just finished my first circuits class (10am on Thursday). What a warm welcome to the gym. Helen was especially good at explaining all the exercises on the circuit, a good mix of cardio and strength training with some core thrown in. The gym is well equipped with a variety of exercise machines, free weights and cardio. Looking forward to going more often.”
