“I have just been to Card factory and I couldn't be more bowled over by the AMAZING Customer service Naomi gave me. She was quick and efficient. Nothing was to much bother. She helped me pick out a balloon and table confetti for my husband birthday. I was on a time crunch so her ability to help with no problem and make it so quick was perfect. Card factory is good enough but the service made it an awesome shopping experience.”
