Had the absolutely most delicious burger that I have had in years. Had the GBK with blue cheese, with their homemade slaw, onion rings and skinny fries. All the food was very good, as was the service and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Went to GBK today in Norwich and ordered a smash classic gluten free. The burger bun was awful, it was like eating a washing up sponge and totally ruined the burger. The manager was really good about it and explained that the gluten free bread is a decision made nationally and this bread has been chosen because they feel they can guarantee it is completely safe. It?s a shame as gluten free bread has come a long way in recent years and I?ve had gluten free burger buns where you can?t tell the difference. I wouldn?t eat a burger again at GBK because the bread was so horrible. My daughters burger looked great though.
Dietary restrictions: See comments above about very disappointing gluten free bread. Lettuce wrap might be a better offer if they can?t get good gluten free bread in.

The food was amazing especially the onion rings. Service was a bit blunt and to the point but still decent. The decor bugged me a little, sat next to a wall of bowls and a giant notice board with the menu on but was 75% empty. Pointless having such a large blank space to stare at with such a little menu

Popped in for lunch whilst christmas shopping. We were quite lucky and managed to get seated right away. It does get very busy, so if you turn up peak time expect a small wait. We ordered a double smash burger meal deal, fries and refill drink. For £9.95 it was good value for a good burger. We also ordered onion rings extra as a side... quite possibly some of the best we've had! Light, Crisp really tasty and not greasy at all. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and a feeling that you are getting a more upmarket burger.

The Fat Santa burger was lovely, it is was you think you'll get from a franchise but non the less the still lovely. Service was brilliant, we were a walk in party of 12 which the managed to seat and serve quickly. And all at a fair price!

Always liked GBK but last night's meal was a real disappointment.
How can you enjoy a meal being served on a tea tray for one! Barely room for a biscuit!!
Service for drinks really slow as well. Will not be rushing back.

It was okay. I think it suited our needs whilst being out in town shopping and needing some lunch.
Wasn't too keen on the blue cheese coleslaw or onion rings.
My friend liked his double cheeseburger, but it only had one slice of cheese in it, I had a chicken burger, and it was okay.

I won't go in because your extractor fan is soooo noisy it upsets the ambience outside your restaurant. Any chance you can make it quieter?

We came for lunch on Saturday here, lovely spot - restaurant itself is quite small so had to wait ten minutes for a table however no issue as it was a busy Saturday. Waiting staff were great, we ordered a double smash burger, Korean bbq chicken burger and kids smash burger meal. Value for money is exceptional and the food was cooked perfectly. The milkshakes are definitely a must! Will definitely be returning to this place!

Nice place to have lunch. Burger was good, cooked the way we requested as shown on the photo. I try to take photos as it looks in reality so it's not misleading. The place have a good ambience too with great attentive staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is not crowded with tables and chairs and should be able to accomodate a wheelchair.
