Paid £345 for a full service on my Tag. Collected the watch at it kept stopping and the date would not roll over. Complained and it was reserviced no details of works done or what they had done incorrectly on the 1st service - just a generic "watch repaired" statement - very strange as when you 1st book a watch in they note every single smudge, dirt or scratch on it and then list all of the items that need replacing.....I was without the watch for nearly 5 months and despite this neither the store or Tag feel they should compensate or refund. Totally shoddy workmanship and terrible customer service - given I am a repeat customer who has spent a lot of money in the store this seems to mean nothing to them.I would never buy anything from Goldsmiths again and would not recommend buying a Tag either. Product not up to standard, very poor after sales service and very poor customer care.Assitant manager of the store was most unhelpful and agreed with Tag and she stated that head office stood by Tag also - how to loose a customer very quickly. Not any offer of a gesture of good will from the store either for all of the inconvenice caused, numerous trips to the store and phone calls.This doesnt even include all of the hassle with my partners Tag watch.....

Never been in a goldsmiths before, Visited this branch on 25/11/23 while browsing for a watch. Very helpful lady served us, gave us some fantastic advice about resizing a ring my partner has. Didn't purchase this time but we will be back due to the great customer experience.

I went into the shop at Norwich, it was just before closing time but the staff were welcoming and more than happy to help and they worked as a team to complete my request. Great service experience.

Fantastic customer service from Jane, extremely helpful and nothing was too much. I was very overwhelmed looking for a wedding band and Jane was very helpful and patient with me, even though it was nearing closing time. I didn?t buy In store but loved the ring so much I purchased online later that evening. Also very helpful regarding papers for my partners watch. Thanks again Jane x

The customer service here was first class, and even though I was cashing in a Tesco voucher, the service could not have been better if I had been spending thousands of pounds. The assistant was helpful, polite, and very professional.

Long waiting times for a battery change with Tissot. Felt a little like the sales rep was trying to upsel me for a full service even though my Tissot had a full service last time it was sent in. They then followed up to say that if Tissot don't have parts for the Watch after they run a diagnostics that they will contact me for further payment for a full service as if to try scare monger me into paying for a full service now when all I need is a new battery and new seal!In addition Godsmiths have signed me up to their marketing emails without consent, so now I keep getting marketing and research emails even though I 'unsubscribed' from there mailing list! GDPR breach.

Goldsmiths restored my faith in retailers. Sarah in Norwich store is absolutely superb and it's not often I say that. She is absolutely 1st class customer service and such a naturally likeable person. Retail needs more like her.
