Went to store to look at running shoes as advertised on the website. Very little in store and despite me looking quite lost as I attempted to navigate store, not one member of staff approached me to ask if I needed assistance.
My aim had been to try a couple of different brands (asics and new balance) to size appropriately before making a purchase but none of the shoes I'd wanted to try were stocked in store.
Yes I could order online, but at £135+ a pair I wasn't keen on doing this as I wanted to try a couple of styles and sizes.
At one point there were 3 separate customers in the footwear section and not one staff member on hand to assist.
It was my first visit and will probably be my last.

Great find in Norwich for camping and outdoor equipment. Staff are helpful and friendly, and dogs are allowed in the store. Equipment is priced well with decent brands available and robust accessories.

I want to buy a bike, simple you might think, before I leave home I check to see whether the model
I wanted was in stock, yes! So off I drive (25 miles each way), when I arrive at the store and go the bike department I find one member of staff who really couldn?t care less, let alone help me, he opens his sales pitch with there used to be 5 of us on this department now there is just me, not a great opener but I feel a bit sorry for him as I work in retail myself, so the bike, can I buy one in a box today, I?m happy to build it. The answer was a mix between yes no and maybe, but the website is always wrong and rubbish so we can?t say for certain if we have one or not? At this point I was a bit fed up and thanked the guy and left along with the 1500£ I was more than happy to drop only moments before. I?m sure the company will probably not reply to this or even acknowledge this if this how there store staff are.

Went to look at men's jackets/rain jackets.
Lots of choice but no info on price or how much ( if any) waterproofing on some of them.
Labels says, click on QR code, which we did for more info but it took us to a page that went available.
Most of the expensive jackets you couldn't try for size because all of their security tags were permanently intermingled with each other. I can understand why but it made for a poor experience trying to work out whether any would fit.
Also, security tags kept sqeaking so it sounded like we were chasing hamsters!
That was the best bit of our trip ?
Came away with nothing as we have to do our own research at home.

A large selection & friendly staff but some of the shorts were different sizes to what it said on the hangers.

Bought some camping bits today- young fair haired guy with a tache was remarkably helpful finding stuff for me and then promoting a special offer which saved me 50 quid. Then he was really supportive with a colleague who was new and learning the till. What a credit.last time I was in there it was another young lad and he was equally remarkable, I then went next door to Halfords and jeez what a shizz show

Had been there for shopping bikes. The staff in bike service section was very helpful and informative. Don't remember his name but he is a senior staff and the young guy as well was helpful. He explained in detail and patiently regarding various types of bike and suggested what I will be needing for my use. Many thanks to him. Had been to other bike shops, but no one bothered to explain different types of bike which is very confusing to someone new to this. Ample car parking facility. Fishing, camping, clothing, shoes etc available. Discounts for members. Would recommend everyone to check out.

I ordered online. The boots I ordered didn't fit and I called the store to see if the size was available. The gentleman advised me it was only available online and the easiest thing to do would be to order another pair online and return the ones that don't fit to there shop (40 minute drive away), so that I could receive the refund quicker. I get to shop and they tell me they can't process refund in store. That's fine. Mistakes happen. But they were very unapologetic about the misinformation and quite rude. Barring manager who was very polite. Would not recommend.

Loooooong queue at the till. One cashier. Took about 20 minutes to pay. Store is great, merchandise is great but only go if you've got time to waste in a queue

Like an Aladdin's cave with wonderful things to find in every corner. The store is separated nicely into categories (tents, biking, fishing, camping, clothing etc). The only issue with this is that some of the sections feeling a little squashed in. For example they had loads of great looking bikes but they were properly wedged in together so you couldn't really get a great look at them.
The staff were helpful but not at all pushy and there is a sizable customer car park.
