We were buyers of a property that Gilson and Bailey were selling. Everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful and quick to respond by phone and email. They were great at getting answers to questions we had about the property and keeping us regularly updated throughout the process. We?re very happy with our home. We?d definitely use Gilson and Bailey if decide to sell our house in the future. We would definitely recommend them!

We have recently completed on selling our house with Gilson and Bailey (Brundall) they made the whole process seem so easy and run smooth from start to finish. Once the valuation had been done they were extremely quick to get the photos done and the advert live. The viewings came rolling in and they took care of everything, booking in to suit and carrying out the viewings. Once the offer had been accepted Braydn was always to hand on the phone and email to deal with any enquiries that were needed and also anything that need chasing up with the sales Louise was on hand getting things answered and sorted as quickly as possible. Although I hope I don?t need to sell again for a long time I?d definitely go back to them again just for the service they provided for us. Thanks for everything and getting our house sold as quickly and efficiently as you did.

The most sincere service.I?ve just sold my house through Gilson and Bailey Brundall and it was the best estate agency service I have ever received. Scott and Louise were great at their job yes, but (and more importantly in these kind of stressful times) caring, proactive and communicative. I really felt they had my back and because of them and the team we were able to secure our forever house of our dreams. Could not be more highly recommended.

We were due to go travelling when our long term tenants gave 1 months notice. We contacted a number of agents and Gilson Bailey responded immediately. The next day we met Stuart at the property who was organised efficient and put us at ease. Gilson Bailey handled everything for us allowing us to go travelling with peace of mind. From being there the day the tenants exited, checking over the property. Arranging for touch up decorating where needed and a house clean (very reasonable rate too). Property was then immediately photographed and advertised. An open day was run by Gilson Bailey and we were kept abreast of every element via email. Ideal tenants were found that day and within 3 weeks they moved in. A fence panel blew down in the wind just before our new tenants moved in. Again this was sorted for us. They admitted new tenants, an inventory completed and elec meter read?. Morgan has responded immediately to any admin queries we have had and the whole exercise from beginning to end was seamless, being away we felt confident and supported and had peace of mind that we were valued customers and not just a number?. Can?t thank GB enough..

A seamless home buying process from start to finish. We have dealt with many estate agents throughout our first home search, with Gilson Bailey Brundall being by far the most efficient, helpful and proactive. They were always at the end of the phone answering any questions we had and helped keep everything moving quickly - Scott and Louise in particular helped us a lot. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend anyone else doing the same - thank you!

Gilson Bailey in Brundall were fantastic! We have been looking for a house for over a year dealing with alot of estate agents, Gilson Bailey were by far the most friendly, efficient and personable. They were always at the end of the phone for any questions or queries, especially when we had some minor issues. Could not recommend Gilson Bailey Brundall enough! Scott initially was our point of contact when we were trying to sell our house after finding the house we wanted to buy. We had a very transparent relationship with him and he was able to help us through each step of the process. Once we then sold and started the process of purchasing the house we wanted Louise was the person who saved our sanity through out. She completely stuck by us, her communication was incredible even if she didn't have an update and she fought in our corner throughout the whole thing. Even up to collecting our keys and dropping off old ones she did all the chasers, she even managed to tell us we'd sold & purchased before our solicitor had because she was so on the ball and just cared the whole time. She was amazing and it was so lovely to know we had that support. Once again Scott, Louise & The office in Brundall, thank you for all your support in getting us into our forever home! Gilson Bailey have been first class throughout our moving process. From our initial viewing through to our completion, they couldn?t have been more supportive. Scott answered questions to support us in making decisions to proceed and ensured that we were kept up to date whilst offering on the property. Since having our offer accepted, the team at GB have done their upmost to keep us informed and have facilitated any requests we have made. We feel very lucky to have had Louise in our corner throughout some standstill moments with management companies and solicitors.
