I saw Charli this evening for my Cochlear magnet both sides trimmed. From the moment, I came into the salon, I was welcomed with a huge smile, friendly and open arms. This made me feel like home. Me being a cochlear implant bilateral user the sides of where my cochlear coil attaches to the skull needs every 2 weeks for a trim, as I have really thick hair, it needs regular trimming down, otherwise my magnets from the cochlear implant struggle to attach. Every time I go to Charli for this I build my trust and confidence with her doing such delicate cutting round the magnet areas. Makes me feel so good from the moment I sit in the salon chair to when I go home, feel huge difference as to when I first came into the door as to when I left, I could tell the difference it makes.

Appt booked for 4pm. Arrive at 3:50pm, to be courteous. Told when I arrive, that the stylist is "half hour behind".. to "just go grab a coffee or something". So I walk around for half an hour, return and still wasn't ready, wasn't acknowledged by the stylist but by the other customer - wait whilst she proceeds to show family photos of her neice (in the bath), her nephew (I received a running commentary) and eventually I up and leave, she then proceeds to follow me out of the salon shouting "well I'm ready now"... really poor and unprofessional service.A phone call would have been nice, the offer of a coffee in the salon or a little acknowledgment of me as a waiting customer, whilst she's scrolling through an ipad of photos of her family, may have been a little more graceful, than yelling at me down the street!Won't be booking again.

Fantastic experience today with Sarah for both myself and my daughter who is autistic and struggles with leaving the house and social interactions, Sarah was amazing with her and she soon felt at ease.
