“Great customer service today. We recently bought an Atlas swivel companion set (bistro set). Today we noticed one of the chairs had a fault meaning not only swivel but rocking. We located the problem and made a call to customer services. The couldn't have been more helpful. Understood what the problem was and after emailing photos of the faulty chair and proof of purchase, we received an email to say a replacement was on its way to us. In less than an hour the delivery of new chair has arrived. That is great customer service.”

“A good looking, well layed out garden centre, with a big range of items available in all varieties for garden, pets, gifts, and equipment for the garden, also a pleasant cafe serving meals and drinks, staff were very friendly and pleasant.”

“Just hired some plants for our wedding. Will was very accommodating and walked us through all our options at the nursery, based on what we were looking for. Will and his team were also super punctual with both the drop-off and pick-up of the hired plants, which really helped us manage our time -- both for placing them at the venue and getting other tasks done.
