Zoubie is an excellent sales consultant. Very friendly, professional, always smiling and makes you feel welcome. I?ve always gone to zoubie and so has all my family. Zoubie always makes sure we have a cup of tea and a cookie before leaving as well.

We had looked before Christmas for a new sofa, first store we visited was furniture village and loved the Slone selection.We continued to other stores, one had the exact set although more costly.Left the search until after Christmas, this weekend decided to re visit our search.We'd set our minds on the slone collection although no knowledge on the collection.We were met by David, very pleasant and approachable gentleman.We spoke about the slone collection.David recommended the slone collection based on our requirements.David was very informative and gave us all the information we required, plus several valuable tips on keeping our furniture in tip top condition.Furthermore, David took his time to explain the care plan, absolutely no pressure.Highly recommended.
