Booked in with my dad last week, they abruptly cancelled it and moved it ok the day, when they did do it, it was of bad quality, the tyres were terrible and the air valves cap were missing (had to go to another tire place to replace them), they also messed up my tyre pressure sensor and the car is not reading the psi of one of the tyre, we made another booking to replace the other tyres for 2 cars, they booked it in, ordered the tyres and when we got there they confirmed they had the tyres, and we were the first booking, suddenly another person comes in and then we were told that our tyres were somehow no longer available???? Worst service ever. Absolutely do not recommend! Go somewhere else absolutely headache to deal with. If I?m allowed to leave O* it would have been.

I always use Formula 1 autocentre Hall Road Norwich. Chap on front desk is always friendly and sociable and does an excellent job. Always contact if there?s a delay in delivery for tyres, or change of mot times, so no wasting time. Tyre fitter is always friendly and sociable and carries any wheels to car to put in the boot of car.A very fast and friendly service. Thankyou. Kev

After having an appointment cancelled by one garage I then re booked with this garage who called me the morning of the Mot to aslo then cancel! Leaving me barely any time to get this done. Knew the urgency, cancelled on me, offered an alt appointment 2 WEEKS LATER!!!!! USELESS.

Tyre fitting was good....however the balancing was terrible. After 2 attempts had to go elsewhere to get the job done properly. Nice enough guys but I wont be back.

Booked in to get two tyres changed at 0930. Assume I?d be done by 1000. Seems they booked everyone in at the same time. Finally managed to pick the car up at 1330. Kept being told ?it?s next in? from 1100 onwards. Just a bit frustrating that I wasted my whole morning for two tyres! Definitely won?t be using them again. Shame because the kings Lynn branch were always great!

Such a bad experience, formula 1 use to be a good place but now it's gone downhill i would never recommend it to anyone I purchased car tyres with blackcircles and tracking to be done there and end up going back 4 times!! I had appointment booked aswell, first time the electric failed not there fault I guess but was told to come back later next week which I did and then there tracking stuff was not working but I did get my 2 front tyres fitted but had to sit there for over 2 hours while they were done so I booked my tracking in again and when when I went there for the third time the tracking stuff was still broken so I booked a different date and went back and waited it felt like forever at my tracking was done and I drove my car home to find out my steering wheel is not straight and over to the left and the car feels odd on the road but I really don't want to go back so I'm taking it elsewhere and I recommend who ever reads this to do the same.

I've taken my cars here for years, never had any problems, always efficient and reasonable. Lee on the front desk is very helpful. Highly recommend.
