There have been a few minor hiccups, however given the market share and order volume they have, and with the challenges placed upon them during covid, they have done exceptionally well in terms of the customer service. They had an issue putting the order through, took my money then called me back and said there was an error with the order and they would need to refund me, that's fine but I'm sat here 1 week later and still no refund, called up to chase and now being told 14 days (originally 2-3 days) ..... Love our new floor. The colour is amazing. Quality is great. Contractor who fitted it said it's the best quality on the market.
