Great service and normally good prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They also have handy stuff sat on the shelves in the shop which is useful unless you are on a budget!
Generally there?s always a place to park and the shop is always clean and tidy. Save money by coming here before going to Halfords.

Said my parts were ready to collect so went to collect them and only half were ready to collect despite being told the whole order was ready to collect. Then I tired to call and was told to go to the website and was hung up on. Went on the website which said all the items were being processed even though o already had more than half my order. Then I tired to call again then someone picked up the phone, didn?t say anything and hung up.

If possible, I recommend shopping elsewhere, especially avoiding their delivery service. I ordered a car battery online from Euro Car Parts on 21/08/24, opting for delivery to avoid a 25-mile round trip. They shipped the item via Evri and provided a tracking number. A few days later, Evri's tracking showed the package had arrived at my local depot, but then it updated to say, "there is a problem with your order, contact the sender." I reached out to Euro Car Parts, and they re-sent the item, but the same issue occurred. This time, Evri claimed I had rejected the delivery, which wasn't true. I believe the problem lies with Evri rather than Euro Car Parts, but either way, it's not worth the hassle. I finally received my refund on 15/09/24. I won?t shop with Euro Car Parts again unless absolutely necessary. Given 2 stars as their customer service was friendly and I believe tried to be helpful.

You can't get the discounts online if you go to the store, you have to sit in the car park and click and collect the order to save money.

What a joke, first they give you a part that doesn't fit even though you order by registration number, you call the local number and get told the part could be wrongly boxed and they have another one on the shelf to check it with, drive 30 miles to be told they don't have another and that even though you called a local store you don't actually get through to them and whoever you spoke to had no idea what he was talking about. While there another customer has a very similar issue and also spoke to someone who lied to him. I have used them many times in the past but will never use again

Very shocking rude not helpful try to over charge and then take a week to come up withe the break discs for a 307 take my custom elsewhere in future
