Today was extremely good the manager of the store served me sorted all the problems out to which I would have made a complaint.
I can not fault her service she was excellent.

I took my tissot watch in for a new battery and reseal. Was shocked by the £88 for that service. The assistant said it would take upto 6 weeks. The 25th of may i left it and I got a phone call 4th of July saying we took the battery out but 2 of the springs got broken which i then had another £35 to add to my bill. Finally I went to pick it up in August. A total of 12 weeks. It also took the assistant 10mins to find my watch. Wasn't very pleased with the service and I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone else .

I took my Citizen watch in on Sat 7th, on the off chance it could be sorted. It hadn't set itself since March.
The watch guy there spent nearly 30 minutes resetting it for me. It was no mean feat.
It was very much appreciated.

Broken, after only 14 months. An engagement ring I brought for my now fiance has lost a diamond. We have not even started planning properly for the wedding and already I am sending the ring back to the shop to have a new diamond put in. Thankfully, I have been paying for the insurance offered to me when I purchased the ring. I would not recommend buying without insurance from this place. As I am sure others would agree a ring from an establishment such as Ernest and Jones should sell products with a longer shelf life. Had I not opted for the insurance/cover I would be absolutely devastated right now. Instead I just find it sad that an eternity ring brought for an engagement can't even make it to the alter without breaking. it is really embarrassing. The outstanding costumer service is unfortunately the only positive thing to say.

My Mum and I came in to get her eternity ring resized and spoke with Natalia and Mo. Both were an absolute pleasure to talk to and made the process clear and simple. They?re a perfect example of excellent customer service and we both left with smiles on our faces!

Natalia was amazing, I ordered the wrong size ring online for my wife?s birthday so went into store to see if I could get it swapped.
Natalia ordered one in from Stevenage so when mine arrived I could swap it all in time for my wife?s birthday.

I can not recommend Natalia enough, called up with an issue with my engagement ring on the Friday and she had a new ring waiting for me midday the Saturday, Natalia went above and beyond and made our ring change easy and seamless. Polite, kind and genuine. I will definitely be returning and asking for Natalia in the future for any new purchases or any issues I may have. Thankyou so much again!!
