I went in on Friday to make an appointment for them to tell me to call back on Monday at 8.30am which I have just done. However I was waiting half an hour to get through to then be told they are fully booked and to call 111. Like really not even any advice she cut the phone on me I get they're busy but to be pushed to a side twice is ridiculous. Even if I called tomorrow I feel like I'm going to get the same response literally don't see the point in going to this GP.

Went to pick up my husbands prescription at Harling, they couldn't find it. They rang Kenninghall and it was there. Why is it at Kenninghall i asked, the young lady said they had two new people that weren't familiar with the addresses around here. What's happened to Google maps?? What was more frustrating is the girl offered no apology for the inconvenience, just asked if I wanted it sent to Harling for the next day. Not even a smile. Such bad service

Best surgery I have come across so far. It is difficult to get an appointment, but this seems to be the same everywhere. When you do get in to see the GP, the level of care here is better than anywhere else I have been a patient.

Phoned at 4pm to make an appointment to be number 7 in the queue. After an hour I was number 3 so walked down to the surgery whilst keeping my place in the queue on the phone. No patients at the surgery and stood in front of the receptionist for 20mins whilst she was on a call. The practice manager saw me and heard the call waiting still playing on my phone and totally ignored me. Another member of staff walked past and I asked if there was any management I could speak to and was told they were short staffed (even though I new the practice manager was there) eventually after an hour and twenty minutes (20 minutes standing in front of the receptionist) and still in the phone queue the receptionist opened the hatch to deal with my booking. I needed a nurse appointment for a smear that they keep writing to me to book but they only have three weeks to book into and the only day I said I couldn?t do is the one appointment she had to offer!! I now have to wait a week to try all over again. Fuming is an understatement

MASSIVE LONG DELAYS! Waiting over an hour on hold then told no appointments. You think this is a one off? no no no this happens day after day and not just me but many others. Poor patient treatment, turned away and told to book again! Failing in their duty to offer adequate time let alone care!

Disappointed doesn?t quite hit the spot.Definitely the worst doctor?s surgery I?ve ever been signed up to. It?s impossible to get the phone answered by reception but an appointment is always available for those lucky enough to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. These are health care professionals that do not understand the word CARE. If you do go to the surgery you?ll be incredibly lucky if the receptionist opens her glass window to even speak to you.This surgery needs dragging over the coals

Had a really swollen painful foot, receptionist seemed to think cos of my age it was arthritis, told 2 week wait, when j said that's ages, she said that's quick. I was in too much pain to argue. Once the 2 weeks arrived the doc couldn't be nicer, but due to the long wait and it not being arthritis I now have to go to a private Chiropodist to try and help with the damage done due to long wait, or wait another long wait with NHS. Sadly due the amount of new houses this practice has to deal with it is now not fit for purpose.

Terrible customer service, excuses after excuses. Told to write a letter to the partners to try and resolve their incompetence. They would rather send you to A&E, than actually do their jobs. Utterly useless surgery.

The pharmacy receptionist yesterday midday(whose name I know not), has been relentlessly kind, friendly and efficient over the years, even under the recent extreme stress of the new system. I thank them all for true "social prescribing"!

The reception, nurses and pharmacists are great. The breakdown is the outdated and self check in touch screen system, which BTW is a breeding ground for germs as I've never seen it cleansed.In my case it made me go through a whole menu of who I was including my postcode. Then it told me my records were up to date but it didn't book me in.After waiting 20 minutes I queried this and the receptionist asked the doctor who was to precious to see me or try to fit me in.Result another appointment in 28 days..how do older people cope.As nobody at the Surgery will ever read this or respond this post is a waste of time but it allowed me to say how annoyed I am.

It is so sad to see such a brilliant staff put under so much pressure. They have patients. Please be kind to them.
