E-surgery placed a hold on my order as apparently had ordered too early. Emailed me to ask if I wanted a refund or to hold payment until 'allowed' to reorder. Asked for refund. After three weeks, no refund, so had to call them. Started to explain problem to guy who answered the phone, whom rudely interrupted & asked for order number before I even had a chance to finish my sentence. I said, "Let me finish what I'm saying first" & he rudely interrupted again asking for order number ? Customer service is dead in this country. Or was it AI, because if it wasn't, then this guy needs to up his customer service skills ?

Shocking service, I paid for tracked 24 delivery as I need the medication. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and the company will not refund me or send a replacement. It takes 14 days to start a resolution with Royal Mail, by which time the pills will be redundant. Overall, although cheaper than some other companies I would not recommend due to unhelpful service.

Sent empty box, refused to refund. Packaging faulty, ends easily unroll, no tape. Postman witnessed. Offered only 55% refund even though I received NOTHING!

Extremely poor service. I paid for the premium delivery service (next day before 1pm) for an urgent prescription. e-Surgery use Royal Mail as their delivery partner who claimed to have made the delivery according to agreed timescales...but no package had arrived.I contacted e-Surgery, ultimately speaking with the COO, who refused to expedite a fresh consignment until a 'case was resolved with Royal Mail', admitting that this was because I might be lying about having not received the delivery. Initially the COO advised that it could be a week(!) until this was resolved which he ultimately revised down to 2 days - both woefully inadequate for a medical prescription. Very clear and disappointing impression that e-Surgery place no trust in their customers whatsoever.Before placing an order, beware: I was very quickly advised by the COO that (despite the fact that next morning delivery is offered), "this is not an urgent service" when I questioned how someone in need of a prescription should deal with the scenario e-Surgery were creating.
