Dunelm is always a great place for homeware ? lovely quality items at good prices and plenty of choice for every room. The staff were helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better. The only downfall is that this particular store is quite small, so it doesn?t carry as wide a range as some of the larger branches. Still, a really nice shop to browse!

Easy parking at this household guide store. We bought sheets and an air fryer plus a couple of minivacs. Tiny vacuum cleaners for the car. All good value at low prices.

Love Dunelm as you're sure to find something unique there that you probably wont find elsewhere! But the only issues my partner & I have at the NORWICH branch..1. No WiFi in the coffee shop, so unfortunately, you have to use your own phone's personal data, which puts the price of the coffee up. It's common courtesy to give your customers free WiFi whilst enjoying a coffee and a light meal therel. No 2. most of the staff in the cafe are friendly and pleasant, but there's 2 that come to mind who always seem very moody and unprofessional when serving customers, not even serving with smiles. One with short greyish/whiteish hair and the other with pink hair, who comes across extremely rude and this seriously needs addressing. The young girl there doesn't seem to be enjoying working with these older women as she never looks happy!

Popped into Dunelm today with my daughter and grandson. Fancied a cup of coffee so went up to the cafe, from start to finish the customer service was absolutely appalling!
It was like we were an inconvenience us being there, staff were so rude, no manners whatsoever!
Manners do not cost anything just remember if you are having a bad day do not reflect that on to others, if you do not enjoy working with the public then maybe you need a career change.

Appalling is the only word I can use to describe this store. We purchased a Brabantia 40m rotary washing line just over 3 weeks ago that had a 5 year guarantee. It lasted for three washes and the nylon cable came apart. We were told by the store to return it, which we did. They gave us a full refund but claim they have no more and won't offer any sort of replacement unless we pay considerably more for another. Brabantia aren't interested unless it breaks after a year. After cementing the spike for it into the ground we are now stuck having to pay considerably more to find another Brabantia line with a 45mm ground spike and having to pay on top another £12.99 for the cover which was included in the original. Effectively the replacement is going to be double the price of the original. The moral of the story. Beware of product guarantees as they certainly in this case aren't worth the paper they are written on. Shame on both Brabantia and Dunelm.
