I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years but. I?ve had enough.Never have anything in stock. They appear to just ask each other from memory when placing an order to supplier, I have overheard!They need a modern system to see a run rate for stock so it automatically orders.The medical practice manager said after repeat request, then GP approval, they should receive repeat instantly and then allowed 48hrs to dispense. This is part of their agreed service level agreement, which they fail to stick to!If you?re reading this, I recommend Pharmacy2U, as it works exactly as it should?.Order repeats from NHS app and add note to send to Pharmacy 2U.GP then approves by next day.P2U send you email to say they have received instructions and are despatching.2 days later, meds arrive by post for free.Stock levels are good.I hope I no longer need to visit Drayton pharmacy again, it will probably help them having less patients to worry about. Their systems and staff just can?t be relied upon.Either ask GP to nominate a pharmacy for every repeat, or you don?t have to and the repeat is sent to the SPINE computer system, then ANY pharmacy can pull the prescription and dispense.If you don?t wish to do it online, I would recommend Horsford or Asda pharmacies.Good luck ?

Absolutely horrible place, the staff make it such an unpleasant experience. Multiple times I have gone in and been spoken too rudely. And when I?ve asked to put repeats in for my medication I?ve been huffed at and made to feel like I?m inconveniencing them. First time visiting as was redirected here from my usual pharmacy. Had to wait in queue which I assume is because they were busy due to all the redirections, staff were friendly and helpful! Even when I went back thinking I had gotten my inhalers and not paid for them (I did not get the inhalers and was being stupid) but the staff was very understanding and lovely!

It's the first time I've had to queue outside a pharmacy to collect a prescription. Then told they haven't got it and can't get it. Funny how another local pharmacy can get it. Twice now this has happened, now changed pharmacy and all I can say is good riddance.

Well this was a great Lloyd's. Now under new owners... long queues. More Staff than a McDonalds. I've waited 50 minutes.. for a prescription that wasn't there.. excuses .. time to use another pharmacy

Its closed for refurbishment. No clear direction for nearest pharmacy. I was trying to collect medication for a bed bound lady in Norwich. The delivery man left note saying to collect from this pharmacy. They have key safe code as lady is bed bound, but close to ignore instructions. Can't get out there till Saturday for her, needs medication tomorrow latest. Its strong painkiller patch.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour from the staff, rude, hanging up the phone on 6 occasions and taking their phone off the hook. Repeatedly having to chase for a repeat prescription that my premature son RELIES ON, and they have no decency towards you in regards to it. Staff appear to have no manners. If could avoid using them I would.

I would give 0 stars if I could what a shocking establishment refusing to order medication saying its not In stock when infact it is and can be ordered via phoenix just because they don't want to pay the cost! Then telling people false and making lies up to the individual that really needs that medication otherwise they will have major medical episodes

Service is fantastic but the wait is terrible due to the size of the pharmacy
